Original caption: "The young Metro star wearing the stripes of Sing Sing servitude in his picturization of the famous Paul Armstrong drama. Bert has played Jimmy on the stage with great success and amplified his adroit characterization for the screen. Finis Fox wrote the scenario for the picture, which was made at the Metro studios in Hollywood, Cal., under the personal supervision of Maxwell Karger, Director General."
