How to Create Stunning Eyeliner Looks for Hooded Eyes
Hooded eyes are beautiful! I will show you how you can pull off nine different eyeliner styles on hooded eyes. So, if you're ready for these eyeliner looks for hooded eyes, let's begin.

First off, let’s just answer the question:
What are hooded eyes?
When you look in the mirror at your lid space, can you see your lid space or if it is hiding under some extra skin or the hood? If you answered the latter, then you have hooded eyes.
Now, if you have hooded eyes and you try to do eyeliner as you would normally do with a winged look, when you open your eyes the fold of the hood will interfere with the wing and make it look different.
But you most definitely can work around it and I'll show you nine different ways how to.
1. Tightline
Let's start with the simplest technique, the tight line.
Using a black eye pencil, swipe it in your upper waterline. Tightlining, also known as the invisible eyeliner, is one of my favorite techniques to subtly enhance your makeup look.
Finish up by curling your lashes and applying a coat of mascara that'll instantly make your lashes appear fuller, darker, and thicker.
2. Simple
Next, if you want to make your lash line a little bit bolder, you can go for a simple basic eyeliner.
Using a liquid liner, sweep it across your lash line.
The basic rule is to keep it very close to the lash line so it doesn't interfere with the hood.
3. Foxy
If you prefer an elongated eye look, you will like this look.
Completely avoiding the full line, first, draw your outer wing.
Next, take the eyeliner all along your lash line keeping it very close to the line.
Then elongate it in the inner corner.
False lashes that wing out look fantastic for this look, but I cut these lashes into half and used the inner half in the outer corner.
4. Thin line
Another option is to keep it small. I call this the thin line or a smooth line. Using some liquid liner, pull out the smallest wing and keep the eyeliner very close to your lash line.
This is also referred to as the classic eyeliner.
5. Smoky corner
Next, we have the smoky corner or the double-up. All you need to do is use the black eye pencil in the very outer corner of your top and lower lash lines.
Using a small shader brush, smoke it out.
This technique will make your eyes look longer, bigger, and brighter.
6. Fake it
If you have a problem going across your lash line, the next technique will help you because we will fake it till we make it.
First, draw out a wing, avoiding the fold of the hood.
The trick is instead of going across your lash line with the eyeliner, use some false lashes with a thick lash band which will give the illusion of an eyeliner.
When choosing lashes for this look, make sure to choose something that's wispy so you can still see the lid space.
7. C Wing
For this, start with a simple eyeliner across your lash line and then draw your outer wing extending your lower lash line.
Then attach it back to your upper lash line going over the fold.
Now, because you went over the fold, when you lift that fold you will see a small gap.
All you have to do is connect it, so when you open your eyes you still have that wing and it doesn't interfere with the fold.
Finish by filling the wing in.
8. Reverse smokey eye
For this, you need an angled brush and some black eyeshadow. Take some eyeshadow with the brush and start with the outer half of your lower lash line, lining your lash line and then pulling out a wing.
It's called a reverse smoky eye because we are reversing it instead of doing it in the top lash line, we're pulling out a wing and lining our lower lash line.
This way it won't interfere with the fold or the hood.
9. Smokey outer
Using a liquid liner, start with the basic simple eyeliner right across your line.
Then, using some black eyeshadow with a small shader brush, smoke out the very outer corner.
This gives the illusion of a smoky wing.

iF IT IS DONE RIGHT...IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT AGE ONE IS..
So I have trouble with the wing part. Never comes out right. My hooded eyes are more extreme also. Can you do a video on how to draw on a good looking wing? Or have any tips that might help me? Thank you for this video. I got a lot of tips from it!
