     Edward Charles Sackville-West, 5th Baron Sackville of Knole was born on 13 November 1901.1 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Charles John Sackville-West, 4th Baron Sackville of Knole and Maude Cecelia Bell.2 He died on 4 July 1965 at age 63, unmarried.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He was a music critic.1 He wrote the book A Flame in Sunlight.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baron Sackville of Knole, co. Kent [U.K., 1876] on 8 May 1962.1

     From before 1924, her married name became Bigelow.1 From 30 January 1924, her married name became Sackville-West.1 After her marriage, Anne Meredith was styled as Baroness Sackville of Knole on 28 January 1928.

     Lionel Bertrand Sackville-West, 6th Baron Sackville of Knole was born on 30 May 1913.2 He was the son of Hon. Bertrand George Sackville-West and Eva Adela Mabel Inigo Jones.2 He married, firstly, Jacobine Napier Menzies-Wilson, daughter of James Robert Menzies-Wilson, on 9 October 1953.2 He married, secondly, Arlie Roebuck Woodhead, daughter of Charles Woodhead, on 23 April 1974.2 He and Arlie Roebuck Woodhead were divorced in 1983.2 He married, thirdly, Jean Garton, daughter of Arthur Stanley Garton and unknown daughter Macauley, on 2 December 1983.3 He died on 27 March 2004 at age 90.3
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.2 He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1934 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2 He gained the rank of Captain in 1939 in the Coldstream Guards.2 He fought in the Second World War between 1939 and 1942, where he became a POW.2 He succeeded as the 6th Baron Sackville of Knole, co.
