You say... New images of HD One ski-slope scheme are revealed for the first time: Kirklees councillors are unhappy with plans to move the hotel.
At this rate residents aren't going to get off the street on match days. Not moaning but it can take a good hour to get to Aspley from Town Avenue already on match days. I always support new ventures and love football but on this occasion I think traffic issues should be thought out first.
Terie Jackson Attracting more investment into Huddersfield can only be a good thing. It will have a knock-on effect on the town centre as well. Let's hoping the build can start asap.
Paul Scott Not wanting to sound like a killjoy or pessimist but a dry ski slope is a waste of money. Why, when there are great indoor facilities in Manchester and Castleford, do we need it. Yes I do ski and my first experience was on the dry slope in Sheffield which I hated and look at that now, like a wind swept old west town. Please think again how our money should be spent.
