LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application toVary a Premises Pr Licence TO ALL WHOM IT MAY MA CONCERN Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a premises licence. for Wetherspoons (Former Head of Steam), 7 Lime Street, Liverpool, L1 1RJ.The application is to vary the premises as detailed below:-1. To remove all existing conditions in Annex 2 and replace with the conditions as detailed in the application. 2.A start startime of 08:00 for all licensable activities (except LNR) on standard and nonstandard timings as detailed in the application. The postal address of therelevant licensing authority is set out below and a record of the application may ma be inspected there during normal office hours or at www.liv liv www erpool.gov.uk ov.uk ov at any time. Anyone who wishes to make mak representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Section, Liverpool City Council, Municipal Buildings, Dale Street, Liverpool, Merseyside Merse , L2 2DH. Written representations must be received no later than 26th February 2015. It is an offence off knowingly or recklessly to make mak a false statement in connection with an application which, upon conviction, carries a maximum fine of PS5,000.
