LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application toVary a Premises Pr Licence TO ALL WHOM IT MAY MA CONCERN Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a premises licence. for Wetherspoons (Former Head of Steam), 7 Lime Street, Liverpool, L1 1RJ.The application is to vary the premises as detailed below:-1. To remove all existing conditions in Annex 2 and replace with the conditions as detailed in the application. 2.A start startime of 08:00 for all licensable activities (except LNR) on standard and nonstandard timings as detailed in the application.
