Sunderland's first away game of the League One campaign

Jack Ross broughtAiden McGeadyand Luke O'Nien back into the starting line-up, with Elliot Embleton and Will Grigg the men to make way.

With a strong wind at Portman Road, Sunderland fell behind when Luke Garbutt capitalised on some weak defending to squeeze the ball home.

The Black Cats repeatedly gave the ball away as they struggled to get a grip on the game.
