Hot stuff in the kitchen with Nigella.

NIGELLA Lawson prepares more tasty dishes that don't take an age to produce.

Mouthwatering offerings this week include roast lamb with rosemary and port, rapid roastini and an orange and blackberry trifle, Japanese prawns and a chicken fajita feast with largaritas.

Look out for something a little different for lovers of an Italian favourite: Nigella's crustless pizza.

And don't miss those upcoming offerings which feature a wealth of top tips.

Nigella will be rustling up a fast supper from Asia, a teatime treat and lone indulgence from Italy and fabulous finger food from Spain.

Plus, she'll be waxing lyrical about some of her favourite ingredients, including lemon, garlic, chocolate and chili.

The final episodes will deal with solitary snacking, luxurious Saturday night suppers, wicked desserts and coping with the party season, whether prepping easy, get-ahead dinners or festive finger food that oozes the wow factor.

Just what you need in time for Christmas.

Nigella says: "The kitchen for me is the most important place in the house and in life.

"It's where real life happens and where real food is cooked, and I'm only interested in real food, home food."
