Wind Band and Emley Brass Band Salendine Nook Baptist Church, Saturday, February 16 THE audience at Salendine Nook Baptist Church were treated to a musical extravaganza on Saturday night at a joint concert with Huddersfield
Wind Band & Emley Brass Band entitled "A Meeting of Winds."
This event is aimed at p6, p7, and S1-3 and the pupils will come together to form a
wind band, a string orchestra and a guitar ensemble.
LOUGHBOROUGH Schools Foundation's Symphonic
Wind Band played host to the esteemed RAF College Band at a special concert.
The next day, the
Wind Band from Taipei Municipal Jieshou Junior High School presented Taiwanese folk songs, including the well-known Su Kui Hong, and The Movement by Taiwanese composer Li Chia-ying, to come in third place in the category of Symphonic Bands.

wind band at 7 p.m.

Katie has played cornet in the Nemco Junior
Wind Band for nearly two years.
There will also be festive tunes from school bands including Hebburn Comprehensive
Wind Band. The festive entertainment will take place in South Shields, Jarrow and Hebburn right up until Christmas Eve.
