The competition was conducted on the Mystery Black Box concept, with contestants preparing a three-course meal entirely from the ingredients in the box.

As well as its Wii breaks, the hotel will now offer pastry and cooking lessons, breaks to create a piece of art, a work-out with a personal trainer before the meeting or a black box concept, where customers are challenged to create a meal with an unseen set of ingredients.
