Maintain the
BBA requirement that the contract a beneficiary signs clearly indicates that: claims will not be submitted to Medicare by either the physician or the beneficiary; the beneficiary is responsible for the full cost of the privately contracted services; balance billing limits do not apply to contracted services: Medigap coverage will not be available for contracted services; and the services to be performed could be paid for by Medicare if provided by another physician.
The
BBA is not perfectly crafted, nor will it miraculously "fix" the federal government's compulsive gorging, nor will the court battles over what constitutes "balance" be less than hideous.
Shares in

BBA Aviation Plc, the company said.
In the six months to June 30,
BBA saw pretax profit rise 22% to USD156.0 million from USD128.2 million the year before.
BBA is also implementing the technology in a pilot project that uses 5G to transfer large quantities of test data from vehicles to the data centre in real time, making data collection and analysis more efficient.
