Mini Brioche Buns

This mini brioche buns are a deliciously irresistible treat!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup + 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/4 ounce yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of warm water
  • 4 cups wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 4 eggs + 1 piece for brushing
  • 3 1/2 ounces of butter, at room temperature

Steps

  1. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, yeast, and water. Let the mixture sit still for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add the yeast mixture to the dry mixture.
