    Claims for defective, damaged or non-conforming products must be made within 5 days after the product has been picked up. Return of products are
    subject to Seller’s approval, in its sole discretion, and to a 20% restocking fee. Products are not refundable if they are (i) special order, (ii) not
    available in Seller’s inventory or (iii) not in original packaging including its accessories. Without limiting Seller’s other legal remedies, payments not
    received by the Due date generate late fees at 0.15% per day of the invoice’s amount and any returned checks shall result in a charge of $35.00.

    These products, components and technical information are subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, and you agree not to ship, transfer,
    export o re-export these item to any countries subject to U.S. export restrictions or to any third party prohibited from participating in U.S. export
    transactions or that intends to use same for purposes inconsistent to its original design and intended application. Payment funds shall be of non-
    criminal origin, unencumbered and free of any claim whatsoever by any third party, and not sourced from any person or entity with whom
    transactions are blocked, or are otherwise subject to an Executive Order Issued in connection with the USA Patriot Act. (i.e. 31 USC 5318).

    Techland LLC informs you that all our sales are Ex Works Miami, therefore, we will not be responsible for damages, differences in quantities or total
    loss that occurs to goods after they are delivered to you or a freight forwarder. Techland LLC has no responsibility in the shipping process of your
    products to its destination; and although we could serve as an intermediary between the client and the cargo service, the responsibility for the goods
    rests entirely on the freight forwarder.

    Techland LLC, for each invoice that is cancelled for customer reasons, will be charged a fee of 30$.
