PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING FOR A DOG

We are very concerned about the health of our volunteers and their families.
To protect them, we require you to read the following and answer honestly before any meet and greets can be organised.

IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS

Any of these symptoms, or any family member displaying, we ask you to wait before applying for a dog -

* Coughing or sneezing
* runny or blocked nose
* shortness of breath
* high temperature or fever
* sore throat
* aches or pains
* other flu like symptoms

If you have returned from overseas or been on a cruise anywhere in the world, please do not apply within 2 weeks of your return to Australia.

If you are in self isolation, please do not apply, you need to stay at home.

Thank you for valuing our carers health, knowing that a false declaration will endanger them and any future animals that we would be unable to help.

Starting Over Dog rescue are pleased to introduce Winslow the gentle giant.

Born in care to a whippet cross mumma dog, it is clear that Winslow’s father was quite a large doggo and looking at his rate of growth it is predicted that Winslow will be an extra-large sized adult. This gentle giant will need formal ongoing training to stimulate his brain and a regular exercise routine to keep him fit and healthy.

Winslow is an inquisitive young lad who is friendly, ready to learn and eager to please. He is an outgoing and fun-loving pup who needs a home where his family will be home a lot or who have another dog in the household to keep him company.

This impressive boy is full of character and spunk and will keep you entertained with his goofy ways and adventurous spirit. His favorite pastimes are collecting sticks, playing with toys, chewing on carrots and going on adventures.

Winslow is a regal character who is destined for a life of luxury and pampering in his new home. He is wishing for a forever family who are patient and caring, a family who can continue his house training and most importantly has a warm lap and an endless supply of cuddles and kisses.

This young lad has lived in harmony with dogs of different shapes sizes but has not been tested with cats or pocket pets.
