Unlike iconic awards ceremonies such as the BRITs and Oscars , The Global Awards haven't been around for long with 2019 only being it's second year.

The Global Awards with Very.co.uk will bring together all of Global's radio stations including Capital, Capital XTRA, Heart, Classic FM, Smooth, Radio X, Gold and LBC to celebrate and honour the biggest stars of music, news and entertainment.

Following a successful inaugural year in 2018, it is back and we can expect lots of performances, glamour and winners.

Here's what we know so far...

It’s going to be a very special evening, celebrating the stars of music, news and entertainment. Last year we saw Little Mix score the hat-trick at our first ever ceremony and I can’t wait to see who’ll take the charge this year.”
