- Inclusion Criteria for the Study Group:
- Were diagnosed with AS based on clinical and radiological criteria;
- Being between the ages of 18–60;
- Being diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis at Bursa City Hospital;
- Having an anteroposterior pelvic X-ray available for analysis;
- No pelvic trauma or fracture in the anamnesis’
- Data accessibility.

- Being between the ages of 18–60;
- Having an anteroposterior pelvic X-ray for other indications;
- No pelvic trauma or fracture in the anamnesis;
- Data accessibility.

- Incomplete medical records;
- Patients diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis in our hospital but underwent other radiological examinations (magnetic resonance imaging or ultrasound);
- Pelvic trauma or fracture in the anamnesis;
- Data inaccessibility.
