MANAGER Alvin McDonald has parted company with Marine FC.
Players Kevin Lynch and Phil Brazier will take temporary charge of the Mariners until a new boss is apppointed at the end of the season.
Marine chairman Paul Leary said: "Our results since the turn of the year have been dreadful and in the end has taken its toll.
I have decided, in the best interests of Marine Football Club, that it is time for change. I am saddened at the outcome from what was a very promising season just a few months ago.
I would like to thank Alvin and his staff for what they have done since joining us in 2005 and I wish them all well for the future.
I welcome Kevin and Phil, who will jointly look after team matters with immediate effect.
I look forward to some improvement in results and performances in the remaining five games whilst we do our best to consolidate our existing league position and start preparations for next season."
