It's been almost 50 years since the original massacre. Trendy chef Dante (Jacob Latimore) and business partner Melody (Sarah Yarkin) are traveling to the emptying town of Harlow, Texas to set up a hip new community. Dante brings his girlfriend Ruth. Melody brings her sister Lila (Elsie Fisher) who is withdrawn after a shooting incident.
