Reflections on AWS re:Invent & Azure outage
Just got back from AWS a few days ago and thought I share some interesting observations of AWS re:Invent this year where more than 13,000 people showed up. Check out my blog on AWS re:Invent 2014.
Incidentally, the Azure outage event this week provides a good point of reflection to consider a multi-cloud approach to cloud computing. With the growing interest in cloud computing as an extension to the physical data center, it makes perfect sense to explore the different types of clouds (private, public and hybrid) that can help improve the agility and reliance of the IT infrastructure that a company relies on.
