𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • 𝐈𝐇𝐄 (𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞): Pivotal for technical interoperability, it sets common use cases for data exchange but faces challenges with semantic interoperability. • 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐄𝐇𝐑: Facilitates the open sharing of clinical data through structured archetypes and templates, enhancing semantic interoperability. • 𝐒𝐍𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐃 𝐂𝐓: A comprehensive clinical terminology that maps various terminologies, facilitating better semantic understanding. • 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐚: Focuses on integrating consumer health devices into healthcare systems, supporting telecare and remote monitoring. By leveraging these frameworks, we can bridge gaps in healthcare communication, improving patient outcomes and enhancing overall care quality.
