Video surfaces of students partying before accident in Dehradun

A newly surfaced video reveals that a group of college students involved in a fatal car accident in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, earlier this week had been drinking and partying shortly before their vehicle rear-ended a truck. Police report that CCTV footage from the area captured the students racing in their BMW at high speeds. The accident, which took place in the early hours of Tuesday, resulted in the deaths of six students, with another critically injured. The impact was so violent that some passengers were reportedly decapitated, leaving the car a mangled wreck. The video, obtained by India Today TV, shows a group of young men and women dancing to music, pouring drinks, and appearing to consume alcoholic beverages from glasses earlier that evening.
