IGN can exclusively reveal that Netflix's Sonic Prime animated series is coming to the streaming giant on Thursday, December 15, 2022.
Here's how Netflix describes Sonic Prime: "The action-packed adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog go into overdrive when a run-in with Dr. Eggman results in a literal universe-shattering event. Desperate to piece his prime reality back together and save his old friends, Sonic races through the Shatterverse, discovering strange worlds and enlisting new friends in an epic adventure of a lifetime!"

Later today, Netflix will be debuting a new teaser for Sonic Prime during its all-new weekly livestream show called Geeked: Toon-In, airing at 5 PM PST on October 27 via Netflix's Geeked Tiktok and Netflix Twitch channels.
Sonic Prime has an impressive lineup of voice actors, including Deven Mack as Sonic, Brian Drummond as Eggman, Ashleigh Ball as Tails, Shannon Chan-Kent as Amy Rose, Adam Nurada as Knuckles, and Ian Hanlin as Shadow & Big the Cat.
