Die Schwarze Eisenbahn (the black locomotive) is an old ghost train in my hometown, supposed to haunt the forest at night with its passengers who died in a horrible train crash 100 years ago. This is a story my parents and grandparents have told me when I was a kid and every time we heard a train passing we would say that it is the old train haunting the forest.
This cache is placed in memory of my family who have passed this little ghost story on to me along with lovely memories of steam locomotives.
