I Will Die a Smoker, More than Likely Not, on the Streets of Port Macquarie! You do realise that you are the only person responsible for your own actions. You can't blame anyone else for your smoking. Just because something is available, you don't need to partake in it. they actually do. it wasnt too long ago that i was addicted to junk food - mainly KFC. when they had the $4.95 meal deal i would have one every other day. i decided one day that i wasnt going to be a "slave" to a corporation and i didnt want my health to suffer further, so i no longer pulled into the drive thru. not easy, especially on my busy days and when i am hungry. i carry a large water bottle with me and when i think i am hungry i drink water instead.  quite well thank you. oh and its not an addiction its a fuel intake choice. like some cars will run on E10 but others need a different fuel 
Family is all that matters!
Treat every day, hug, gathering, "goodbye" as if it's your last with them.
