I'm not familiar with this concept... do you shake it and it self-heats?

 

Is the suggested 'violence' a USP?  I've seen self-heating hotpots that seem happy to sit on a table and get on with it.

"Shaken vigorously" might be a better translation. (The product looks like something made for astronauts to use on the space shuttle.)
