The American Heart Association recommends 30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise five days a week or 25 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity three days a week. But if you don't have 30 minutes at one time to exercise, you can break up your time and do 10 or 15 minutes of exercises whenever you get the chance.
