Jeko

The project JeKO was born in the spring of 2006 out of a collaboration between Simone Frendo and Sergio Liguori, two Italian musicians and producers who individually have worked with several bands of international renown. Their music is a compound of funk and punk distinctly executed with electronic sounds and dance beats. A small club in Naples provided the birthplace for their first live set and thanks to the overwhelmingly positive reaction of the crowd, JeKO has decided to continue to play not only nice but also larger venues in town. In October 2006 they were invited to play the popular Brighton haunt: Zap Club, continuing to play internationally both in Italy and England. In Febr 2008 they were invited to play the awesome party called l-ektrica in Rome, Italy.
