Growing up in the 90's in the cold, and rainy mountain townof Bergen, T homas Alrek aka Hypoxia where deeplyinfluenced by the trance and techno music of that era.As a child, he got very interested in playing with simplesample sequencers. In the year 2000, he got his first DJ set,and he started doing small gigs for school partys and otherminor events. Later on, things got more serious, and he gotto play at the more pure trance events.
