Dark Globe gained prominence after being signed by Leftfield to their Hard Hands label. They've since released their distinctive digital funk on A&M Records, Warner Records, W9Y, Global Underground, and Island/Universal Records, following the success of their hit "Break My World." Dark Globe's music has featured in "Lara Croft: The Cradle of Life," they've remixed artists like George Clinton, Bush, Orbital, Amanda Ghost, Imogen Heap, Two Lone Swordsmen, and Boy George. They also created the first-ever breakbeat record, 'Mondo Scuro'. Musically, Frost and Diggens had both been inspired by the DIY spirit of the acid house scene.
