Josh Barrett: Reading youngster signs professional contract

Wales striker Hal Robson-Kanu made the progression from academy to first team at Reading
Reading youngster Josh Barrett has put pen to paper on his first professional contract with the Championship club until 2018.
Forward Barrett, 17, has scored six goals in nine starts for the Royals' under-18 side so far this season.
The highly-rated teenager has been capped 11 times by the Republic of Ireland Under-17s.
Academy graduate defender Jake Cooper also signed a new contract with the Royals last week.
