Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike

released on May 12, 1999

Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike is the second follow-up to Street Fighter III. The game increased the character roster by adding five new characters and also added further refinements to the previous game's play mechanics and rules. All the returning characters from the previous Street Fighter III games were given new stages, endings, and voice actors for certain characters, continuing the overall storyline from where the first two games left off.

Grande jogo de luta, não vou falar muito sobre esse afinal não é muito meu tipo
mas vale a pena

that sprite art/animation
that music
and everything else

G-O-D-T-I-E-R. Play this with a friend or something, and be marveled.

Everything from the gorgeous hand drawn sprites, the god tier soundtrack, and the super fluid and responsive controls, all add up to a superb video game, that sits up there on the mountain of video gaming legends. If I have to throw one complaint at the game, the stage backgrounds are far inferior to the previous SF3 games.

I'm not a big fan of the balancing, the parry option selects, and how fireballs are way de-emphasized compared to other games, but this game offers something unique that no other fighting game to this day even attempts and I can see why it's so beloved. I wish I liked this game more because the music is banger and the pixel art is insanely quality, but it's just not for me. Also Makoto is so fucking cool I LOVE KILLING FROM FULL HP!!!

I'm garbage at this game but it still slaps
