Spriggan Theatre run for rest of 2000

This year, the original Japanese version of Spriggan, with English subtitles, will be featured at three of the best-known film festivals in the world.
On October 8th, Spriggan will show at the Director's Guild of America Theatre, during the New York Anime Film Festival. The festival will be held in New York City, from October 6th though the 8th. Later that month, the AFI (American Film Institute) Festival, in Los Angeles, California, will feature Spriggan during the Asian Cinema Series Gala, which will take place on Sunday, October 22nd. At the end of November, Spriggan will leave the States and head over to Europe, where it will be shown during the 12th Annual International Film Festival of Wales, to be held in Wales' capital city from November 29th to December 9th. Spriggan will be available for widespread theatrical release in early spring of 2001.
