I contacted the customer service for replacement/remedy, and I was taken care of immediately, in a very hassle free fashion. Hannah, a customer service agent, went above & beyond the call-of-duty to make sure that I was satisfied with the result. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly level of customer service.
