    While ordered as new and HP original, the box came mangled with massive amounts of tape holding it together, and had a sharpie writing on it date indicating a date of 2011 as if it was returned from another customer sometime in distant the past. It was even the old product model. Very dsiapppointing.

      This product works great every time. I have spent over 8 years trying to use refurbished or knock off products like Xerox and have always had problems. Spend the extra money and go with OEM and you will save yourself having to ship back the remanufactured stuff.

      I keep a spare of each toner color available at all times because we sometimes have random emergency products that come up for production on weekends. I bought this cartridge 8 months ago. Went to replace it yesterday and it was defective...Magenta toner everywhere. Had to call someone to repair the machine. Apparently these nearly $400.00 cartridges are not returnable, even if defective. I would not buy this through Amazon ever again. I do not have time to search the return policy, but it is not clearly indicated anywhere.
