I like fashion so I like everything I wear to look stylish and chic. These readers are stylish, chic, and functional. I am both nearsighted and farsighted at the same time. Yes, I need prescription, progressive glasses, but these are serving the temporary purpose. I chose the 1.0 strength, which works for me using the computer, reading, or sewing... all while looking good.😉
The top part which is for seeing people is fine/clear, not blurry. I just don't like keeping glasses on if I'm not reading. They are lightweight (but sturdy), nice quality, progressive, and an excellent value. I really like them hence this review. I highly recommend them.

Great Frame
The frame on these are great looking, the progressive lenses actually work well. The only issue is the have a hella glare. So no picture taking, not in these. They have a littlevweight to them as well.

So I've been depending on super expensive glasses from my Optometrist's office. I don't know why I assumed they were the only ones who had reading/computer glasses. I really depend on them.
Then I thought I would check Amazon. I was a little doubtful to order three pairs of glasses for under $25 and that I would really be able to read and also work on my computer.
Well, I went ahead and ordered yesterday and they arrived today, wow! I was very curious and opened the glasses with excitement. They look nice without having had to try them on beforehand. They are pretty sturdy and I was surprised to see them come with material cases and cleaning cloths as well.
Then for test time. I've been on the laptop the last 2 hours and everything has worked well. I am getting a slight headache however, so maybe they aren't meant to wear too long on the laptop? I will give an update later. Regardless, it's good to have some extra pairs around here and there and at the office as the expensive ones are wearing down.

My first thought when I opened the box was WOW, these frames look like bowls. I didn't realize the frames actually "sit back" to give the thick look. I tried to show in the photo how the frames are more of a bowl. I also should have listened to other reviews regarding the top portion being blurry. I was hoping for it to me more clear but no luck, the top portion is basically worthless. The mid section doesn't help much if things are further away than about 1 1/2 feet. The bottom portion does work good for reading so it's not a total loss. I would not order again and won't use outside of my home. As far as durable, they seem to be very well made. Time will tell.
