Very soft and fluffy
I ordered these pillows and their accompanying covers for our bedroom, specifically to go on the bed. (You can never have too many pillows!)The pillows and covers came very compressed, in thick plastic taped over with shipping tape. Those were inside an opaque white ziploc sleeve. The package was quite flat and also very heavy, interestingly. The pillows came with an enclosure that gave instructions for, as the flyer said, getting the pillow "fully fluffed." One needs to: unzip the pillow's zipper, remove the stuffing, and pull apart all the stuffing by hand. Then, one refills the pillow with the fluffed stuffing and rezips the pillow. Then, the pillow's velvety cases/covers can be placed over the now-fluffed pillows and zipped.My pillow was quite flattened so I did need to work with the stuffing to fluff it up. I didn't *exactly* follow the directions; I didn't want to remove the stuffing entirely from the pillow. So, I just placed my hand into the pillow and pulled apart and fluffed the stuffing that way. It worked just fine. Then, I placed the pillows into the pillow covers. (They're the same color basically as the inner pillows' covers, though the fabric is very different.)I fluffed the pillows, rezipped them, and placed them into their velvety cases. The velvety texture of the outer coverings not only feels soft and smooth, but helps them to stay where I placed them against the pillows and shams already on my bed. I've worked on my PC while leaning against the pillows and they've retained their shape and fluffiness, as well as their positioning. Perfect!I love these pillows; their size, their velvety covers, and their fluffiness. So glad to have them among my pillows collection! I only recommend one thing: that disposable gloves be worn during the fluffing stage. Although the pillows are perfectly comfortable now (from the outside), for some reason fluffing the pillow's contents with my uncovered hands made them feel itchy and uncomfortable. (I needed to wash my hands with soap and water, then apply lotion, to remove that feeling.) Otherwise, these are fantastic.

Velvety soft pillows. They come vacuumed pack so take a minute to get them back to their shape, but once they’ve set they’re great for throw pillows for a bed or couch -and they hold up and stay looking nice.

Let's just start by saying that I understand that the pillows are larger than the covers. This is because they were hoping that it would make the pillow appear to be fuller. However the pillows are pretty flat so I'm not sure that the oversizing the pillow really has the fact that they wanted. Now that that's out of the way I can't say I actually really like these because they are soft as well as the fact that they are extremely well-made. I also like the fact that these come with the inserts of the pillows rather than just the cover some selves. Another good aspect of these is that they have the liner so that is perfect because it actually gives you that extra stability. They are nice for decorative throw pillows and that sort of thing so I would say that in that aspect they are very well made as well as very nice.

I love that the pillow covers came with the inserts. I also love that the inserts were larger than the pillow, to allow it to look more full. (I wish someone had tuned me into that tip earlier!) The pillows and covers are soft. I will have to keep an eye out for dog hair though! :)
