Instructions for

Filling the Balloons

  • Turn the green cap on the top of the helium tank all the way open. This will not release any gas!
  • Pull the balloon neck over the black rubber valve and press it tightly against the valve.
  • Carefully push the balloon neck with the black rubber valve until helium flows into the balloon.
  • Fill the balloon to the desired size, then knot it or tie it with the balloon ribbon.
  • When you're done filling the balloons, reseal the green cap.
