Very Impressed
Bought to use following hip replacement and was very impressed! As long as you don't leave it in the freezer for more than a couple of hours (as per instructions) the gel remains pliable meaning it still wraps around your hip well. Inside is nice and fuzzy making it comfortable and didn't leave my clothes/dressing wet. It does condensate on the outside so it just sat on a puppy pad with another over the arm of my chair to soak up any moisture (as per photo of me sat down) although a towel would have done the same thing! Nice long straps with velcro on both sides, meaning that it is reversable so can be used on left or right hip. Also, because of the shape, will also work for back or shoulders, which is super helpful for the future.

    I use this for bursitis and arthritis in my hip. Other products wrap right around but looked too bulky. This had great coverage, the straps were extra long and the velcro was strong. Packaging was great. It even came with a freezer bag and a nice note from the manufacturer. Super product. Stays cold for a good while and still soft enough out of the freezer to use immediately. One side has a protective covering so you don't need to put a cloth between the gel pack and your skin. Perfect size for back, hip, thigh, knee, or shoulder thanks to its great design. Highly recommend!

    Sad to say I had to rate this product so low due to the fact that the Straps designed to keep item on were not included in shipment/delivery. Therefore item would fall off my body if I were to stand up. Just sitting or laying the hip pack works ideally and relieves pain/swelling.
