Previous Review: I gifted my daughter on Christmas this toy sink and it was perfect. Easy to assemble, nice for playing. After a week, we cleaned up and put it away as school was starting. She used 2 times after that. To my surprise, after putting it out again this spring break for playing, the sink doesn't work anymore. I removed the batteries, cleaned and dried before storing it each time. Not worth the money nor the frustration and inconvenience caused. I would love to have a way to communicate with the seller, for a replacement or refund.

The seller offered a replacement. Great customer service.
I'm a little upset as I had just ordered this and my child only played with it 2 times and the sink stopped working. I checked everything and the batteries were fine so I'm not sure what happened. Very disappointing as it was a birthday gift. I wouldn't trust buying this product again.
- Reviewed in Canada on February 29, 2024Colour Name: WhiteVerified PurchaseMy son LOVES this. Everything works like a real kitchen and he loves being able to cut the food to cook. Parts are held together with a circle velcro pad. Strong enough to provide a little resistance and a nice cutting sound but not too bad that makes it difficult to cut. All the pots are fun and my son loves the mini stovetop.
Only issue we had is that the steamer lid for the pot suddenly stopped working last week. He's been playing with it daily since Christmas 2023. Not sure what is wrong. Replaced batteries, tested everything we could per instructions but it just won't steam anymore. Have a bit of disappointed boy there but it is still fun for him to play with without that one feature.

They initially defaulted to sending me a video on how to open the pump up and to check if the water hose was seated properly (maybe I wasn't clear in my initial email of the issue), so it does seem others have had issues with the pump (although maybe different issues from the one I had).
If the replacement faucet holds up well, I will be sure to update my review.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Our little one is obsessed with washing hands, and this was a great way to have that need for water play fulfilled. I love that it can be used during the colder months inside compared to a water table that can only be used outside. This is great for pretend play too!
The fact that the plastic changes colour is fun feature.
The batteries were easy to install, and the tap pump worked well to have a steady flow of water.
This toy worked wonders keeping our little one occupied in the kitchen with us while doing meal prep.
My only very minor complaint is the soap bottle has a hole in the top with no way of cleaning it out, so I worry overtime mold may develop in there.
3.0 out of 5 stars Great way to have some waterplay, unfortunately stopped working after a few weeks of useUPDATE: Unfortunately the faucet control stopped working after only a few weeks of use (and not heavy use either). The faucet handle no longer worked to turn the water on and off, and the only way to stop the pump from running was to remove the batteries. Luckily customer support was fast to respond and after some clarification on what the issue was, they agreed to send me a replacement faucet - but since it is shipping from overseas it would take ~ 3-4 weeks to receive the new part. Hopefully this was just a isolated incident and not indicative of the pump design as a whole.

I feel like I'm enjoying this more than my toddler does. The steam is so cool and the quality is great. I didn't want to invest in a large kitchen playset yet so I thought I would get this and it did not disappoint. However, it did come with two of these instead of what I believe a scooper? Not a big deal though. Would 10/10 recommend.
Images in this review - Reviewed in Canada on December 7, 2024Colour Name: BlueVerified PurchaseI gifted this to my daughter in August. After using it 2 times, the faucet doesn't work anymore. I switched the batteries and it still doesn't work. Reading reviews on this product. Seems to be an occurring problem. Very disappointed, since my daughter loved it so much.
- Reviewed in Canada on February 9, 2024Colour Name: BlueVerified PurchaseUpdate: The seller reached out and I was provided with a replacement and my children are happily playing with the sink again. Very Pleased with the resolution and customer service.
In the summer of 2023, I decided to treat my children to a play sink, hoping it would offer endless hours of imaginative fun. For the first two months, it seemed like a fantastic purchase. My kids absolutely loved it, engaging with it daily and creating various playful scenarios.
The play sink was stored properly after the initial excitement waned, tucked away safely in anticipation of those dreary, stormy days when outdoor play wasn't an option. Unfortunately, when one such day arrived and I retrieved the sink to the gleeful anticipation of my children, we were met with disappointment. Despite installing new batteries and following all the troubleshooting tips I could find, the faucet refused to work. This was particularly disheartening as the water feature was the highlight of the toy and the main reason for our initial satisfaction.
Upon researching, I discovered that this problem isn't unique to our unit but seems to be a common issue among many users of this particular play sink. d
It's disappointing to realize that I need to consider purchasing a replacement so soon. The play sink has great potential, but the durability of its faucet mechanism is a significant drawback that future buyers should be aware of. While I still appreciate the joy it brought my kids during its short-lived operational period, I hope the manufacturers address this issue to improve the longevity and reliability of such a beloved toy.
