After a strong showing in the first day of the Paris Air Show, Airbus picked up where it left off on Tuesday when easyJet agreed to purchase 135 single-aisle Airbus jets.

The Associated Press reports that the British-based airline picked up 35 current generation A320s and 100 A320neo's. The order would cost $11.9 billion, but easyJet said it received deep discounts, according to the report.
It has an option to buy another 100 of the new generation A320s.
