We now have a plethora of programming languages to meet our requirements, but the most pressing issue is how to teach programming to beginners. We recommend Python for this job in this article since it is a programming language with a well-organized syntax and strong capabilities for solving any problem. Furthermore, it is extremely similar to basic math reasoning. In most top institutions, Python is selected as the main programming language for freshmen. Python makes it simple to write code. In this article, we provide several computer code samples developed in Java, C++, and Python, as well as a comparison of the three languages. To begin, this article discusses the benefits of Python over C++ and Java. The results of a comparison of brief program codes written in three distinct languages are then shown, followed by a discussion of how pupils comprehend programming. Finally, the experimental findings of students' programming course success are shown.
Consultation has become part and parcel of the government policy making and planning framework in Malaysia today. Although the types of consultation vary from policy to policy, most public policies went through some kind of discussion at various levels, involving relevant groups in the society depending on the issue. The latest is the draft of the Malaysian Specific Creative Commons Licenses, which was discussed in October 2005. Together with the Multimedia Development Corporation (a public agency), the Law Faculty of the University of Malaya held a public discussion and invited professionals and members of the public to voice their opinions on the draft. The Government is planning to legislate an alternative to the traditional copyright approach of “All rights reserved”: “Only some rights reserved.” Other dialogues include those held by the Ministry of Finance (on the annual budget for 2005), the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, and the Central Bank of Malaysia (an annual dialogue). Certain government ministries and nongovernment organizations (NGOs) have also held forums to get inputs for the Ninth Malaysia Five-Year Development Plan for 2006–2010.

The aim of this article – which is addressed neither to the war criminals nor their victims, who have enough to deal with – is to discern and address the moral issues raised by the Israeli war on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. I mean those moral dilemmas that confront humanity as a result of the atrocities committed during the aggression and the mechanisms that allow the suspension of any moral judgment of the crimes committed.
Critical thinking or higher order thinking has been recognised as a key skill needed in school leavers in many global educational reforms in the 21 st century. While policy makers seem to have put in place initiatives and policies to drive schools to teach critical thinking, this chapter argues that such initiatives require a systemic and systematic approach in which teacher knowledge is key in ensuring the successful development of students' critical thinking. Findings from a study on one of the world's leading educational systems initiatives in developing critical thinking indicates that teacher knowledge needed to teach critical thinking effectively is an aspect that seems to have received little attention in terms of teacher learning and preparation. One of the key factors that can be attributed to the gaps in knowledge in this area among teachers is the conspicuous lack of teacher preparation at pre-service education and the lack of effective professional development among in service teachers.
