We know that the traditional method of fee payment is quite troublesome. There are several students who use bank payment process, but this is a time-consuming process. Those parents who live in other villages or cities, have to travel long distance only for paying the fees of colleges. So, to overcome this problem we have developed this online fee payment system, in this system we can pay the fees online without going to the college bank. This process is easy as we can directly transfer the amount from our account to the college bank account. This student payment system has two modules namely the user and the admin. Admin has access to manage students’ details, college details, view pending fees and paid fees. User can view their profile and get updates on pending fees and paid fees details. In this way students will be getting updates of monthly fees details; they can pay their fees in an efficient way.
After developing an application through which student from different location can access school information and take admission using online system. Fill admission form cost reduced , man power will be reduced. This project mainly aimed on developing a live project for school organization. This project can accessed by the user and clients with proper login credentials provided to them by the organization. This project will also handled by the administrator(Admin) who will monitor the whole project. The main objective of this project is to compute the fees of student studying in the organization. Also the objective includes maintainance of fee record of the students. An organization may contains hundred or more students so to keep the records of all of them , we need a system that is user-friendly and easy to understand and easy to operate. There are large number of students who pay all their fee through cash deposits or banks drafts to the school account in a specific bank branches. This method have proven inefficient in more ways than one. This system was developed using ASP.Net , C#(Sharp), Bootstrap, Css JavaScript and MySQL database.

Payment System for student tuition fee in Jakarta State University is a web-based software that is functioned to support student payment activities both for prospective student payments and for registered student payments. Provision for this process includes updating the payment status that is integrated with the bank, as well as payment history from time to time. During this time to serve the payment process of 24,000 students, UNJ established a partnership to pay student tuition fees with four banks, namely BNI, Mandiri, Bukopin, and the latest with BTN. The four banks have different student payment segments, namely for Diploma, Under Graduate, and Post Graduate programs [1]. In this bank payment, we must create a special application known as the Host-to-Host application that connects banks with university databases, each of every bank. The problems appear when the data and formats used in each bank are different, this makes enormous problems when the final record process. This web service application shall enable the multibank student payment management process that has the same data standards and formats that are integrated with banks, neat recording, and integration with academic information systems and UKT systems.

In every educational institution, it certainly has its own tuition payment system. Along with the rapid advancement of technology and information at this time, certainly needed an effective and efficient and relevant system which will make these institutions can compete with other institutions. At the National University lecture payment and verification of lecture payments are still done conventionally, ie students make transfers or cash deposits to the Bank in collaboration with the campus, then students need to show proof of physical payment to campus staff (BAK) for verification which is assessed less efficient. With these problems, the author in his research intends to design an online UPS payment application based on Android and integrated with the Midtrans API. Midtrans API is used to improve payment service performance and make it easier for students to make UPS payments on mobile. In this research, several types of programming languages are used, including PHP, Java, and MySQL, accompanied by the use of the waterfall method. The Waterfall method is used as a system development method which is carried out systematically, starting from planning to testing the system. The reason the author uses the waterfall method is that it can facilitate the management and design requirements (needs) of the system created. With this research the author hopes to produce convenience for students in making payments to UPS verification through an online UPS payment application.

The researcher's has study the student payment process (a case study of kampala International University). The purpose of this study is to develop an online system that provides an electronic means of payment of fees to make the system easy then the current manual system of payent. The problems of the current manual sytstem can be solved by developing an online payment system which bridged the gap left by the past researchers. This system will be developed using PHP, CSS, Notepad, Dreamweaver and Excel.

The use of the internet at the Cersa Pasaman Vocational High School (SMK) is still not optimal, the internet is only used for school information and there is no school financial information system. Based on observations, tuition payments at schools are still manual and make the work of the finance department slower. This type of research is research and development data retrieval is carried out to users of the web-based SPP payment information system. The research sample consisted of 30 people consisting of 5 people for a limited trial and 25 people for a wider trial taken from the principal, Administration Officer, teachers and students of VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL Cersa Pasaman, the instrument of this research was a questionnaire to determine the feasibility of the SPP payment information system. The results obtained from this research development is a web-based tuition payment information system. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the developed information system is declared valid with an average value of 85.67%. The information system developed was very practical from the results of the limited trial to teachers and students with an average value of 92.60%, while the results of a wider trial obtained an average value of 92.68%. Based on the findings of this study, it was concluded that the web-based SPP payment information system at Vocational High School Cersa Pasaman was valid, practical and feasible to use for student tuition payments. ABSTRACT Educational institutions in Ghana have many students who pay all types of fees through cash deposits, cheques or bank drafts to their institutions’ accounts in their respective banks. These techniques for paying fees have not been productive enough, particularly during assessments when many students have to pay fees to meet the prerequisites for registering for their semester courses. Students sometimes travel significant distances to respective bank offices to make payments; this problem is compounded by long queues and clog at banks where payments are made. This has consistently brought about students missing their deadlines to enrol for their semester courses. In default, a penalty is paid when the system is reopened after the deadlines. The purpose of this research is to design a system for paying fees online by students and their sponsors. The software was implemented by utilizing Android Studio for Android application development, PaySwitch for payment gateway, Application Program Interfaces (API) for getting information from the database and Visual Studio for creating API. Software testing was in addition to checking the module of the structure to guarantee that they are totally working and permitted users of the software to connect with it using test information. The results demonstrated that a lot of students were satisfied with the new system of paying fees online through mobile phones. The study recommends that institutions should adopt new mobile technologies to facilitate payment of fees. Keywords: Fees payment system, Mobile payment system, PaySwitch, traditional payment system
Provides an Alternative on how students can pay their schools fees without having to follow the stressful normal procedure.
College Management Software is web enabled software designed to manage the entire Operations of an institution. College Management Software is a simple yet powerful one joint integrated platform that connects all the various departments of an institution like Administration, Account, Student section, Student and many more specialized modules. We have seen over the years that the process of notice boards, important notification about academics has been carried out manually almost across all educational institutions. The process is not only time consuming but also inefficient.Today, we need not to maintain paper based Notice boards. Also in this system we are going to add the web based technology using which we can get the notifications given by the institutes. Following this thought, we have developed a system based on the concept of web services which is implemented on Android mobile application as well as on PC that communicates with the database residing on a remote server. The Unique ID system provides unique identificationnumbers to the persons who using this system. UID Number which would not justhelp the admin to track down individuals, but would makelife far easier for users as they would not have to submit multiple documents each time because those will be available and to be used.

The extensive developments in Information and Communication Technologies have made impact in all sectors of the society, including institutional payments management. This has seen the proliferation of numerous web applications bearing various functionalities such as health records management, business records management, registration operations, payment for services and much more are done using the web. It is now mandatory for learning institutions across the globe to declare their payments for services offered at each needed moment to for the purposes of enhanced decision making based on factual payment patterns. However, this when done manually as it is at the present moment is associated with multiple fallacies inherent in manual systems. This unpleasant trend prompted the researcher to seek to design and develop a computerized secondary school payment to present an automated way to keep track of school payments to reduce the extant pen and paper based manual method of declaring school payments. Replacing the tedious old method this system will save time, reduce the amount of work the administrators have to do and will replace the stationery material with a computer based system.
