About the author (2004)

John E. Moye is currently a partner in the law firm of Moye, Giles, O'Keefe, Vermeire, & Gorrell, LLP, located in Denver, Colorado.. He is also a member of both the New York and Colorado State Bars. He holds a Doctor of Law with Distinction from the Cornell Law School and held the positions of Professor of Law and Associate Dean at the University of Denver College of Law.
