Governance

The Board and Its Committees

The Board is the decision-making body for all matters deemed material to the strategic and financial functioning of the company. The Board supervises the management of our business affairs with the objective of increasing shareholder value.

The Board is made up of a non-executive and independent Chairman, the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and 9 non-executive independent Directors.

Meet our Board of Directors, some of today’s strongest business leaders and governmental officials — and the engines of a proactive governance culture at CN that has consistently adopted industry-leading standards.
