Representative Micky Hammon was elected in 2002. He and his wife, Pam, are the parents of three children: Jake, Colter, and Davis-Anne. He received an electrical degree from Calhoun County Community College and currently works as an electrical contractor. Representative Hammon is a member of the Business Council of Alabama, the Morgan County Economic Development Association, the Decatur Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, National Federation of Independent Businesses, Associated Builders and Contractors, and the Tennessee Valley Training Center.
