The renovation of Carmichael Auditorium shall include the partial replacement of existing auditorium seating, new HVAC system, acoustical treatments, upgrade of existing fire alarm system, an addition of approx. 9,000 SF of museum area, reception area, offices, media room and support spaces for UNC Women's Basketball team.
