Konami Corporation ("Konami") announces that it completed the acquisition of all the shares of Megacyber Corporation ("Megacyber") today.
Konami believes that Megacyber will enrich Konami's line-ups of online entertainment content with its highly-acclaimed techniques of content development for mobile phones. This acquisition turns the doors wide-open for Konami's digital entertainment segment to enhance the quality of its content development in the expanding online entertainment businesses.
