This makes financial inclusion one of the development focuses in the financial sector in various countries, especially in the Asian region. This study compares the financial inclusion level and socioeconomic variables' influence on financial inclusion in Asian countries in 2010-2022. To compare the level of financial inclusion in several Asian countries, the Index of Financial Inclusion (IFI) analysis method was used, while to examine the relationship between socioeconomic variables on financial inclusion, the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method was used with an estimation technique, in the Fixed Effects Model approach. The results of this study indicate that, in general, financial inclusion in several Asian countries is mainly influenced by the usability dimension. In addition, only the variable GDP per capita is partially influential. While other variables, namely, the unemployment rate and population in rural areas, significantly influence the financial inclusion index.

Secondary data for this study came from the Investment and Coordinating Board (BKPM) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The data used include cross-sections of 34 Indonesian provinces and panel data from time series data for the years 2015-2022. The descriptive analysis's findings indicate that the unemployment rate for men is typically greater than for women each year. Additionally, compared to rural areas, the unemployment rate in metropolitan areas is typically about twice as high. The panel data regression analysis results demonstrate a substantial relationship between Indonesian unemployment and the variables of economic growth, inflation, wage rates, and the dummy economic crisis during the COVID-19 epidemic.

This research analysis approach uses the variance decomposition and Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) methods. Quantitative methods are utilized, and the estimation tool used is Eviews 12. The findings of the variance decomposition analysis in this research indicate that to reduce inflation in Indonesia, monetary transmission through exchange rates is more effective than through the interest rate channel.

Sector credit data refers to the classification of economic sectors which have contributed to the largest GRDP. The data used is panel data from 2008 to 2017 in the Province of South Sulawesi. The results the study state that in general the potential economic sector credit has no significant effect on the GRDP of potential economic sectors in South Sulawesi Province. The increase or decrease in credit does not significantly influence the increase or decrease in the GRDP of potential economic sectors. However, this does not apply if partially analyzed between potential economic sector loans and potential economic sector GRDP in South Sulawesi Province from 2008 to 2017. Shows that the effect of credit on the GRDP of the four potential economic sectors (agriculture; industrial processing; trade; construction) each has a positive and significant effect. This shows that the banking sector in South Sulawesi Province in distributing loans is partially partial depending on the characteristics of banks in lending or in this case the bank does not specifically classify potential economic sectors or potential economic sectors in lending.

This study identifies the perceptions of young people in urban and rural areas regarding home ownership, investigates the differences between rural and urban people, and examines how the younger generation views property ownership. The results of two independent sample studies revealed disparities in the internal and external issues that young people in urban and rural areas face while trying to acquire a home. According to this study, the government can assist the younger generation in purchasing their first home by constructing public housing or offering credit subsidies. Another organization that...
