We introduce phenomenological understanding of the electromagnetic component of the physical vacu... more We introduce phenomenological understanding of the electromagnetic component of the physical vacuum, the EM vacuum, as a basic medium for all masses of the expanding Universe, and "Casimir polarization" of this medium arising in the vicinity of any material object in the Universe as a result of conjugation of the electric field components of the EM vacuum on both sides ("external" and "internal") of atomic nucleus boundary of the each mass with vacuum. It is shown that the gravitational attraction of two material objects in accordance with Newton's law of gravity arises as a result of overlapping of the domains of Casimir polarization of the EM vacuum created by atomic nuclei of the objects, taking into account the longrange gravitational influence of all masses of the Universe on each nucleus of these objects (Mach's idea). Newton's law of gravitational attraction between two bodies is generalized to the case of gravitational interaction of a system of bodies when the center of mass of the pair of bodies shifted relative to the center of mass of the system. The unique smallness of gravitational interactions as compared with the fundamental nuclear (strong and weak) and electromagnetic ones is determined by the ratio of the characteristic size of the domain of Casimir polarization of the EM vacuum in the vicinity of atomic nuclei to the Hubble radius of the Universe.

T he report develops a new type positive feedback that converts each classical amplifier into a g... more T he report develops a new type positive feedback that converts each classical amplifier into a generator. The feedback is a tube of nested one in the other accelerated longitudinal vortices. They suck in transverse direction free cross vortices from the environment. They suck in cross vortices also from the nearest outside adjacent cylinders to the inner cylinders and add some mass and energy to the tube. In this way longitudinal vortices forming the tube accelerate not only at a time and in a direction (from the periphery to the center) and become a kind of generator. The positive feedback turns from passive to active. The theoretical basis of the proposed pipe of accelerating longitudinal vortices is described in previous articles. It consists of extending to Maxwell's main axiom (div rot E=0) to a more universal axiom (div rot E≠0). This means that it replaces even motion (constant velocity) of vector E in a closed loop with uneven motion (variable velocity) of vector E in open loop or in open vortex. The base of practical performance is the well-known amplifier of which we construct an active positive feedback. This allows to construct an electric motor that consumes external energy only at the beginning, and then it consumes from amplifier with active positive feedback. Biography Valentina Markova has graduated from Sofia Technical University, specialty in Radio Equipment regular training and also from St. Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia, specialty in Mathematics and Informatics as a distance learning. She has completed her PhD from Scientific Institute of Ministry of Military Defense in 1990. The topic was on algebraic codes, which correct in real time long error packets. She has Postdoctoral studies from Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, where she works until today as a Leading Researcher. She has published more than 15 papers on algebraic and technical topics.

The ideas put forward earlier about the initiation of nuclear processes in a low-temperature plas... more The ideas put forward earlier about the initiation of nuclear processes in a low-temperature plasma as a result of interaction between electrons of high (on chemical scales) energies and nuclei are demonstrated to be helpful in clearing some debatable issues concerning the synthesis of light elements in the solar atmosphere. Specifically the case in point is one of the puzzles associated with the radioactive isotope beryllium-7 whose abundance in the solar atmosphere exceeds the concentration of the stable isotope lithium-7 that is formed from beryllium-7, too, upon K-electron capture with a half-life of 53 days.

The requirements to preclinical trials of cell-based products remain rather hazy and dictated by the country regulations. Most parameters like the way the cells are administered, selection of the cell source, selection of a carrier, and design of in vivo studies are decided upon by each research team and may differ essentially between studies. The review covers the methodological aspects of preclinical studies such as experimental models, characterization of cell products, assessment of the study outcome using molecular, morphological and immunohistochemical analyses, as well as measuring the tissue physical properties. The unified recommendations to perform preclinical trials could significantly facilitate the translation of cell-based products into the clinical practice.

A phenomenological model of the dynamics of the Universe is suggested as an alternative of the st... more A phenomenological model of the dynamics of the Universe is suggested as an alternative of the standard model dynamics whose inadequacy is borne out by the catastrophic difference-over 40 orders of magnitude-between the cosmological constant obtained on the basis of the standard cosmological model and that derived from experimental data. The key factor in the solution of the complex of problems unresolvable within the scope of the standard theory, the problems associated with the establishment of the essence of dark energy and dark matter included, is the abandonment of the notions of the Big Bang involving the momentary generation of matter and adoption of the hypothesis for the existence of an energy-mass source of Planckian power that originated at the instant the Big Bang took place, the energy of this source being constantly generated in and evenly distributed over every element of the already originated or originating space. Possible experimental investigations aimed at gaining an insight into the issues concerning the dynamics of the Universe are discussed.

Rising to Mach, the problem of establishing the unity of the physical essence of the Universe on ... more Rising to Mach, the problem of establishing the unity of the physical essence of the Universe on all space-time scales of its evolution is, apparently, one of the main problems in contemporary epistemology. The issues are primarily related to the problems of the dynamics of the Universe, namely, the need to postulate hypothetical entities - dark energy and dark matter, whose nature is unknown, but whose contribution to the energy content of the Universe is about 95%. A "severe trial for the entire fundamental theory" turned out to be a discrepancy of 120 orders of magnitude between the experimentally established value of the cosmological constant and the calculated value of the energy density of the physical vacuum. Sharp questions arise also regarding the physical essence of gravitation and the nature of its unique smallness as compared with other interactions - nuclear ones, strong and weak, as well as electromagnetic ones. The QED vacuum here plays the part of the base medium that governs the development of the fundamental strong and gravitational interactions.

The main essence of the Second Law is the irreversibility of real processes introducing the "arro... more The main essence of the Second Law is the irreversibility of real processes introducing the "arrow of time" into dynamics of any natural processes. To justify the significance of this statement it is necessary to discover the genesis of "arrow of time" on the microscopic level and introduce an image of adequate information for characterizing the main features of the irreversible evolution of a considered system on every space-temporal level of its hierarchal organization. We relate the genesis of the irreversibility with the inevitable structural non-equilibrium of real materials that determines the absence of ideal thermostats in Nature and stipulates an actual openess of any real system. For solving the information problem we introduce a new image of Information of Dynamic Distinguishes which is formed by a set of parameters (dimensional and dimensionless) and describes "distinguishable features" of definite irreversible evolution in accordance with the "abstract information theory". A set of experiments for testing the above statements is proposed.

The basic FNS equations used for analysis of experimental data were given. At the present time, the FNS method can be used for solving three types of problems: (1) determination of parameters or patterns that characterize the dynamics or structural features of complex systems; (2) identification of precursors of abrupt changes in the state of various complex systems based on a priori information about the system dynamics; and (3) assessment of the flow dynamics in distributed systems based on analysis of dynamic correlations in stochastic signals that are measured simultaneously at different points in space.
