Well after all that time the issue was finally resolved. The day of, the manager told me they couldn't deal with it and I needed to call customer service.

I called customer service waited on hold for 10 min and I finally left my number for a call back with my place in line. Never heard back. Next day I called back I was in the hold for 30 MINUTES!! Then the rep told me it was the store issue, they needed to resolve it.

She put me on hold and long enough that I thought she abandoned me so i hung up. I called the store. Manager told me she just got off the phone and she was going to refund the money that day with in an hour. The rep actually called me back and she was being nice and professional and said she spoke with store and my money would be returned.

I said thank you very much I appreciate your help. At least I got back to whole again. I was beginning to get irritated of the run around. All I wanted for the money I paid is the for a product I didn't receive in my delivery, and they made so difficult and dramatic.

It was going well until the delivery driver decided he didn't want to deliver a bag of freaking bird food with my delivery order. Caused all kinds of drama and was so unnecessary and total BS during a time I was so stressed out over my vehicle in the shop for a new transmission after it broke down on the interstate with my kids in the car in the MIDDLE PF traffic that was scary and I was worried we would die from a slam to the back of our car. Then after I got it back the car had a severe CO2 leak and I nearly was poisoned to death...

and I relied on TSC for my pet food with my free delivery reward Driver named ROADY... Now Rude Roady lol

I bought a Toro 22 Recycler and used it once before the engine blew up. They wouldn't allow a return, so I had to find a dealership.

However, they would not service it because I hadn't bought it from them. I finally found a company that would, but I had to pay them to even look at it. Now, after waiting for months, I still don't have the mower back.

This is truly theft and fraud. I'm not only out $485.00 for the mower, but also for the time and effort it took to replace that mower with another one.

Start keeping the inventory you say you carry. You advertise a cowboy hat, but you don't have any in any store. It's very popular and affordable, but you only carry the more expensive ones, even though you brag about how many people are not finding it.

Extremely rude treatment by your tall 40-50 yrs old employee

The salesman was at the register I pushed my cart to then rudely said go over there So I did He asked if I was a member I said yes He said my business tax exempt came up I said some of these items are not for my business & I dont have my tax no. With me I told him both accounts come up when my phone no.

is typed in He said no He said do you have a different phone no. I said its the same for both He wouldnt go any farther to help me Just a rude impatient look I said Ill leave without the items I chose He didnt try to get the right accnt or even say sorry Hes always had an attitude but today was the worst He doesnt really like to help ppl it seems

Also, there was a very frail old man with a pit bull near us I was scared for my 10 & 12 yr old grandsons & myself Those dogs are strong & if it lunged it couldve dragged the old man

My Vet says those dogs are hard wired in their brains to hunt & kill when they reach two yrs old I read very often of them mauling & even killing ppl

Waiting and waiting and waiting for refund.

Made a purchase in June 15th. Returned the product on June 17th with the receipt.

Assured of a refund by the bank day. It's July 10h and I just got an email from TS telling me my return as been "approved" --- whatever that means! -- but no information of when he refund will hit my bank account. Phone calls are unavailing.

Two things I learned from this encounter as a first time customer: (1) here's no second chance to make a good first impression and TS has failed at that; and (2) the "punishment" imposed on me by TS is the use of my money for the float over nearly a month.

TS has goods I often buy: I learned that the day I was in store looking for some things and found them.

I'll never set foot in a TS store again. And I doubt I'll ever get nearly $80 which TS owes me.

Waiting and waiting for refund.

Made a purchase June 15th. Returned it two days later with receipt.

Assured return had been accepted and refund would be posted to my account.

It's now July 10th and no refund. An email just arrived telling me the return was now "authorized" and "accepted." It's nearly a month post return and no refund. Phone calls are unavailing.

I was never in a TS store before and the day I was there browsing, I found things I buy regularly. At lower prices.

I thought I would be a regular customer. Not now!

Never again.

I doubt I will ever see the $80 TS owes me. The "punishment" to a customer who returns goods is this: TS makes money on the float.

Kindness and help saved a few possessions with trailer rental. A true Godsend provided location and use of trailer plus a gift card. A tremendous way to save my remaining few possessions-- all that I have since I am homeless and at 78, completely alone as a single female weighing less than 73 lbs.

I got screwed by your company

Purchase fence posts and gates - all the posts were split and you didn't have the fricking gates. I went back in to cancel the order only to be told I now have to wait 10 days to get my refund - this is *** All that needed to be done was to void the order - I have workers coming to put the fence up, but now I'm screwed because I don't have 900.00 dollars sitting around so I can go to another TSC and get what I need.

I am beyond frustrated and pissed - I spend a lot of money in your store for this to happen. I even asked if my money could be transferred to another TSC, but again, I was told no - this is not acceptable!

Went to tractor supply to purchase a simple component for one of TRACTORS that I have, did not have a simple bushing. Trays were empty, stock was mixed.

I will not return. Tractor supply?

Rude employee

I tried to be civil to an employee by thanking him for loading product several times and shake his hand for the help, no handshake in return after a few tries, he appeared to be aggravated and irritated at me and walks off. I think he was owner or corporate but not sure. Very rude

Poor customer service

I applied for a Tractor Supply credit card on the promise I would receive a $ 50.00 gift certificate. It never came.

I was told it would be in the form of an email. Never arrived. arrived no credit.

I called customer service and the ping pong game began. After 20 torturous minutes with AI I was finally transferred to someone who barely spoke English, ping.

After speaking to her she told me I was to be transferred, pong to another department. The new rep told me it was the stores fault and to talk to them, ping. When I called her on bouncing me around she did look into my account and the credit was there, pong. When I hung up and set up my account I found there was only a $ 20.00 credit, ping.

This credit was from previous purchases, not the original promised. I am done playing games.

It took another torturous minutes to get to a real person to cancel me credit card. Tractor Supplys AI exceeds all others in difficulty!

I have used my credit, paid my credit card bill and canceled the card.

I no longer wish to put any time or effort into pursing any type of relationship with Tractor Supply. I am so tired of the lies from corporations and the ping pong game of back and forth to the consumer.
