MOSCOW, December 4. /TASS/. Russia will not create any special conditions for the return of foreign companies, President Vladimir Putin said at the VTB Russia Calling! Investment Forum, adding that in general, "the doors are open."

"Will we create special conditions for those who want to return? No, we will not create any special conditions, we have not squeezed anyone, we have not banned anyone. Our doors are open," he said.
